Circuit history:

Saltillo was located three hours drive from the US border on the two lane highway that connects Laredo-Monterrey and Saltillo. Licensed for IMSA and SCCA racing, the track has facilities for 30,000 spectators and boasted top speeds of 135mph when the F3 cars visited.

The circuit has now closed and a factory is thought to have been built on the site.
