Circuit history:

Now defunct circuit at Carpentersville, Illinois, which was used between 1958 and 1968. In its latter years, the circuit owners changed the name to Illinois International Raceway, although most people still referred to it as Meadowdale.

Remarkably, the circuit site remains undeveloped and the outline of the deteriorating asphalt can still be seen in aerial photographs.
