Magny-Cours overhaul set to aid racing

Changes to the Magny-Cours circuit look likely to spice up racing and overtaking opportunities, after circuit drawings were released for the first time (above).

The back end of the circuit is to gain a complete revamp to remove the tight final corner and replace it with a new complex. Chateau d'Eau is also set to be re-profiled, opening up chances for passing out of the fast Imola chicane.

The new sections of track will be built in time for the 2003 French Grand Prix.
